Exhibited artist: Stephanie Temma Hier
Bradley Ertaskiran is excited to present a solo exhibition by Stephanie Temma Hier. Born in Toronto and based in Brooklyn, Hier creates meticulous representative oil paintings, many featuring decadent scenes of humans, flesh, and consumables, nestled within hand-built ceramic sculptures. Hier’s new work builds on the artist’s ongoing preoccupation with consumption, desire, and detritus, and the intersections of all three.
